We hired a great photographer so we ask that you please put away your phones during the Mass but feel free to capture moments at the reception. We also ask that nobody posts pictures of the wedding until the bride and groom have had a chance to share them.

We ask you to dress appropriately for the church wedding, but the reception is outdoors so feel free to dress comfortably!

Yes! During the church Mass, there is a Cry Room located at the back of the church if needed. The reception is very kid friendly and we will have activities for them.

In order to stay within our venue’s capacity requirements, we are only able to accommodate people listed on your invitation. If you would like to discuss an exception, please contact the bride.

The Mass will be held at Shepherd of the Valley Catholic Church 600 Beebe Rd, Central Point, OR 97502 and the reception will be held at Pheasant Fields Farm 1865 Camp Baker Rd Medford, OR 97501

The Mass will be celebrated promptly at 1pm so please arrive 15 minutes early so that you can pick up a program and take your seat. The reception will follow immediately after the wedding ceremony.

We recommend staying at a hotel in Medford because it’s between the ceremony and reception. Consider the Comfort Inn on Stewart. If you wish to lodge closer to the reception the Phoenix Motel is located 6 minutes away from the farm.
