The wedding will begin at 1:00 p.m. There will be a cocktail hour at 4:00 p.m. and dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. The dance will start at roughly 7:30 p.m.

If you are staying at the Asteria Inn in New Richmond or the AmericInn in Baldwin, you have the option of boarding a shuttle bus that will take you to and from your hotel and the reception. The shuttle schedule is as follows:

1.) The first loop begins with pickup at the Asteria Inn at 3:00 p.m. It then will pickup in Baldwin at the AmericInn at 3:30 p.m. It will drop off at the Hitchin' Post by 4:00 p.m., when cocktail hour begins.

2.) If you do not make the first loop, you will still arrive in time for dinner. The shuttle will pickup at the Asteria Inn by 4:30 p.m. Then it will pickup guests at the AmericInn in Baldwin by 5:00 p.m. Guests will then be dropped off at the reception at 5:30 p.m., just in time for dinner.

3.) After reception pickup will begin at approximately 10:00 p.m.and it will loop with pickups until midnight.
