It all started ten years ago with a hug at El Charro. Karaoke night was THE place to be. Michael, a Harrodsburg native, met a girl from the West Coast that had only been in Kentucky for a few years. Sara had no idea who this country boy was, so she asked Scotty Sexton about him. With Scotty's glowing recommended that Michael was a good guy, we started to get to know each other in October 2014.

In February of 2015, Michael introduced Sara to the other two women in his life, Amelia and Gracie. Sara was stolen away by Gracie that night at Gattitown, and Michael was sure he'd found his match. Fast forward to our first little rental house on East Main Street, then to buying our home on Father's Day 2017.

Our journey has been long and winding. We've shared laughter and tears. We've met wonderful friends that have become family, and we've lost dearly loved ones. But now, ten years from first agreeing to build a life together, we're taking one more big step in our love story and pledging our love to death do us part.
