When should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We encourage all guests to arrive between 3:30pm - 3:45pm to enjoy a refreshment and grab a seat.
Can I bring a plus one?
We unforunately cannot accommodate guests not otherwise specified on your invitation. Please note that a "number of seats reserved" will be provided on your RSVP. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
Is the wedding inside or outside?
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting. A sit down dinner followed by dancing will be inside.
What should I wear?
The attire is semi-formal. Please remember the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting, with limited shade.
When do I need to RSVP by?
We ask that you RSVP no later than June 15th 2024. If we have not heard from you, we will reach out. Of course we would love to have you there but understand if you are unable to make it.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We have hired an extremely talented photographer to capture this special moment in our life. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes of absolutely no cell phone use during the ceremony.
What color is the bridal party wearing?
The bridal party will wearing floral, blue and grey.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. The Yodeler Lodge has a large parking lot with a short walk to the ceremony location.
Can I leave my vehicle at the wedding location?
Vehicles can be left in the parking lot at the Yodeler lodge and must be picked up promptly the next morning. We will have a shuttle running from 9:30pm - 10:30pm for those that are staying at the Tamarack Club and would like a ride back to the hotel.
Is there overnight accomodations?
There has been a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate at the Tamarack Club located at Holiday Valley - approximately 1 mile from the wedding location.
Is there an after party?
An "unofficial" after party! We encourage everyone to join us at Madigans in town after the reception ends. The shuttle will be giving rides from 10:30pm - 1:30am from Madigans to the Tamarack Club.
Are there other weekend events?
For those staying at the Tamarack Club, we encourage everyone to hang out for the day on Sunday - make yourself a tee time or buy a day pass for the pool!
Is there transportion?
For those staying at the Tamarack Club, we will have a shuttle to take you to and from the wedding reception location. The shuttle will run 3:00pm - 4:30pm and 9:30pm - 1:30am
