Our first photo together! - December 2019


Our love story began in August 2019 at the JW Marriott Marco Island, where we both worked. From the moment we met, there was a spark, but Chad was a bit hesitant to jump into a relationship. He took his time, getting to know me and enjoying our playful banter. After several months of losing trivia nights at local breweries, he finally asked me to be his girlfriend in February 2020.


Just as our relationship began to blossom, the world was thrown into chaos with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the uncertainty and challenges that lay ahead, we found peace and strength in each other. Navigating through lockdowns, quarantines, and all the challenges of a global pandemic only brought us closer together. Day’s were spent doing yoga, playing board games and watching plenty of Netflix (long live Tiger King & Love is Blind!)

In May 2023, we took a significant step forward in our journey by closing on our first home together. Fast forward two weeks and we got engaged!
Chad set up a beautiful proposal on the beach in Naples, which almost didn’t happen, because Sara didn’t want to make the drive back down to Naples after spending the day at the zoo with her family. Luckily it all worked out and we have a crazy story to remember the day by (if you know you know).


Our love story has been an amazing adventure, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for being a part of our special day!
