We got introduced to each other through a mutual friend at the height of Covid. Honestly we both was bored. In the back of my mind I was saying I’m not talking to this random guy from Detroit and I later found out he felt the same way. (So he say) He eventually wrote me a message on social media and I coolly responded with my phone number. A few days later I had a missed call and returned it only to get his voicemail, and I left one! Lol.

He was at work and called me back on his break and we talked on every single break that night. Fast forward to a few weeks later and I was on a flight to Detroit, even Theo the trip didn’t go as planned he made his way to Jersey a few weeks after and we had such an amazing time. Shortly after he asked me to be his girlfriend, of course I said yes and it really only solidified what we both said we would NEVER do…..A LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIP!

Several flights to and from Detroit and to and from Jersey, relocating to Jersey, meeting both family’s, moving in together, blending our families and adding ANOTHER girl to the bunch he decided to make a commitment to me. Not only me but our girls.

So on February 18, 2023 he asked me to be his wife and I said YES!!!

……the rest is history in the making.
