Sara and Ryan met in the fall of 2019 at his college house, aka "The 105", in Vincennes. With both of them still being in college and away from home, they spent many late nights texting/facetiming and catching each other up on their days. Their first date was riding in the semi together to haul grain up to Washington- how on brand of Ryan! Ryan asked Sara to be his girlfriend on January 5, 2020. Friday night dates after a week at school sparked the early days of their relationship. As the years went on, they shared many dates including fishing, going on 4-wheeler rides, binging TV shows, road trips, country concerts, and enjoying their favorite food spots together. A few years later, Ryan and Sara began looking for the perfect starter home. After 16 months of searching, they purchased their first home together in the summer of 2024. Little did Sara know, the excitement for that summer was not over! In July of 2024, they traveled to Destin, Florida with a large group of Ryan's family members. Ryan turned it into the trip of a lifetime when he got down on one knee on the beautiful white sand beach. It was truly a picture-perfect proposal and they were overjoyed to spend that moment with family. Since engagement, Ryan and Sara have been spending time turning their first house into a cozy home and planning their dream wedding. They can't wait to tie the knot on 10.11.25!
