We met in December of 2018 at Sports Page in Medford. In September 2021, we reconnected while I (Sara) was working. We started texting more and more. After a few weeks, Elijah finally decided to take me out on a date to Red Robin in Wausau followed by a movie. We knew from the beginning that we were meant to be 💕

From the beginning, we have always talked about traveling to all 50 states over the course of our lifetime. In April 2022, we took our first trip together to Pensacola, Florida to visit my aunt Mallory. We even made sure to stop and visit Flora - Bama. In May 2023, we took our first family trip together with Oaklyn and Sara’s family.🌊

While we were on our family vacation to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Elijah decided to pop the question! On May 4th Elijah's Birthday, he kept asking all day to go take a walk on the beach, but I kept saying no because I just wanted to relax. Finally, that evening, I said okay. While walking on the beach, I found a jellyfish in the sand and I decided to take a picture of it. I then turned around, and Elijah was on one knee. I instantly started crying and of course I said yes! 💍
