There will be a shuttle leaving the Quality Inn and a shuttle leaving Baymont Delaware at 3:45pm to transport guests to the wedding venue. The ceremony starts at 4:30. A shuttle will be available to transport guests back to the two hotels at 8:30pm, 9:30pm, and 10:30pm. The reception ends at 10:30pm

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Farm at Harvest Hills. The address is 670 Hills-Miller Road, Delaware Ohio 43015

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you plan to drive yourself. A shuttle service will be provided to transport guests who are staying at the Quality Inn & Suites and Baymont by Wyndham- Delaware. Uber and Lyft are also available.

We have a block at the Quality Inn & Suits located at 1251 Columbus Pike, Delaware OH 43015. If you mention “The Sara Hash Wedding” they will offer you a discounted rate. We also have a block at Baymont By Wyndham-Delaware located at 1720 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH 43015. Both hotels are roughly 6 miles from the venue and approximately 10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. You are welcome to come to the venue as early as 4pm. We recommend you arrive by 4:15pm in order to give you time to park and find a seat.

Cocktail Attire.

Weather permitting, we plan to hold our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception outdoors.

Yes! There is plenty of parking provided at the venue.

Cocktail hour will begin following the ceremony. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Dinner will begin at 6:15pm.

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at Sara.Cody092124@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.
