We met at Arkansas Tech back in college—just two students who somehow found each other their last semester of college, between classes, campus events, and late-night food runs. By 2022, we made it official, and the rest is history (well, kind of—we’re still writing it).

Fast forward to December 14, 2024: we were at Dogwood Canyon, standing in front of a waterfall, with our friends Veronica and Garrett there “just for a little weekend trip.” Spoiler alert—it wasn’t just a weekend trip. Ryan got down on one knee (and cried), Sara said yes (and also cried, but later… when she found out how many people were coming to the surprise engagement party).

It was perfect—emotional, chaotic, and full of love—just like us. Now we’re getting ready to make it official, and we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
