The true love of my life… sorry Brett. Kenzie and I met freshman year of high school. Sophomore year, I was allowed to bring a friend to family Christmas in Naples and randomly decided to pick Kenzie to come. We absolutely hit it off and have been inseparable ever since. This girl is so much more than a best friend, she’s a member of my family. She’s been there through holidays, sicknesses, ups and downs. Kenzie somehow knows exactly what I am thinking before I even know. I am so thankful for her love and friendship each and every day.

Melissa and I met Freshman year of college. Ironically enough we are actually loosely related. Her second cousin, is my step aunt. Aunt Teresa told us all summer before we left for college that we would meet and become best friends. We met in biology class the first couple weeks of school and decided to meet up for a study session. She showed up to our study session with ice cream and offered me the rest of it… I knew immediately we would be best friends. Melissa and I have gone through so much together. She makes me laugh so hard and is the best euchre partner in the world. I am so blessed to have her by my side on this beautiful day.

Matt is a known liar and all stories he has about the groom should be ignored if not outright refuted. He and I have known each other since high school and share a passion for yelling at sporting events, 7 AM soccer matches, a good pint and all things Irish. Although a lot of people would say that's all one thing. "Play some Rebs!"

Sammie and I go all the way back to 7th grade. We sang in choir together in middle school and just always hit it off. We vibed over being mutual weird and always 100% authentically ourselves. I always knew no matter what Sammie would be real with me and have my back no matter what. Sammie makes me laugh SO hard and has never done anything but love and support me. I am so happy to have her by my side, supporting me yet again:)

I met Kevin in sophomore business class and we've been close ever since. High School parties turned into road trips to Toledo, Athens and Windsor, which turned into vacations to Tampa, Ponte Vedra Beach and Las Vegas and have punctuated a friendship that is most at home in the Muni Lot. I can always count on hearing from Kevin during a birthday, holiday, or a particularly devastating Cleveland sports disaster.

My sweet, angel baby of a little sister. People are shocked to find out that we have different moms because we are truly twins - looks and personality. No one makes me happier and gets on my nerves more at the same time as this one! ;) It has been so fun watching her grow up to be such a beautiful, smart, hard-working girl. I can’t wait to have her by my side.

Nathan and I could talk golf longer than any two people under 50 should be able to. I'm always listening out for Nathan's jokes, usually the quietest and funniest in the room, and am usually impressed with the things Nathan is willing to jump off of. I'm always impressed with how much Nathan cares about his family and consider it truly special to join it. Also brother of the bride.

Morgan (Moges) is Brett’s baby sister and someone so dear to my heart. I’m so lucky to be gaining not only another sister, but a girlfriend for life!! Morgan is the type of person that brings good vibes and energy to every situation. She’s the kind of girl that just lights up every room she walks into. She is hilarious, kind, and has a heart of gold. She’s the type of person you go to when you need a good laugh or a shoulder to cry on. I can’t wait to have Moges by my side to keep me stress free, laughing, and carefree.

Jack embodies everything it means to be a friend, a cousin and an O'Connor. I'm very blessed to now be able to call him neighbor, but have always been truly proud to call him family.

Jenna is one of my best friends and roommate of almost five years. We met when I sat in her section at Ocean Club and the following week, she came and sat in my section at Marcellas. We put it together that we recognized each other and hit it off immediately. We exchanged numbers and hung out a couple more times in the next month. I was moving to our current house in Powell and asked Jenna if she would want to move in with me, and luckily for me, she agreed. Living with Jenna has been such an amazing chapter of my life. She helped me through the confusing post college grad not knowing what I wanted to do with my life and we have made more memories than I could have ever imagined. Her and her sweet dog Nelly, bring me so much laughter, love, and joy and I am so lucky to have them in my life!

At some point, and its unclear when, Bryan went from the funny guy on the 12th floor of my freshman dorm to one of my closest friends. In that time Bryan's become the first call when I need a golf partner, a strong NBA opinion, a new music recommendation or a true friend. His personality is big enough to draw in everyone around him but its a fraction of the size of his heart.

Jess and I met when I started working at the Pearl in June of 2022. She immediately took me under her wing and taught me the ropes. She is one of the most hard working, bad-ass, talented bartenders and women I have ever known and have had the pleasure to work with. Some of my favorite nights have been spent with her, talking about life, our regulars, work drama, and our futures while we sip on Bourbon and Scotch Old-Fashioned’s. Which is very fitting for us for our old souls. No matter what is going on, this girl supports and loves me no matter what and I’m so lucky to have her by my side.

The closest thing I have to a Kramer, and maybe not always in a good way. Kyler is always around, always willing to share his opinion, and always up for another round. In the best way. Kyler has at times considered himself a musician, entrepreneur, inventor, horticulturalist and a writer. I've always considered him family.

Colin and I met when we were 8 years old. My mom and I moved into our house in Worthington Hills and Colin’s mom made him bake me brownies and bring them over to my house. We immediately became best friends and spent almost every weekend together. We spent our time hiking and riding dirt bikes at Dads cabin and just always laughing no matter what. It’s crazy to think that we have been best friends for TWENTY years this year. Although he lives in Chicago now and we don’t get to see each other often, we just have one of those friendships where we always pick right back up like we’ve seen each other everyday. I will forever be thankful for my Colin David Myles.

Amir is one of my oldest friends, snack food consigliere and a very loud, very constant voice of reason. By the end of sophomore year of high school Amir had introduced me to Donut Scene, Fantasy Football and most of my closest friends. It's safe to say my group of friends (and this wedding party) would be much smaller and much less exciting had Amir not invited the short, new kid to hang out all those years ago.

Derek apologizes in advance for whatever he spills on the guest reading this. I didn't know there was anyone more clumsy and more endearing until I met Sara. He is completely unqualified to be an usher, but also the most genuine person I know and we're very lucky he's a part of our wedding party.

One of the most inquisitive and agreeable people you'll ever find. Evan and I have known each other for years and became close friends as Evan tolerated my limited skills as a beer league soccer teammate. I now tolerate Evan's golfing and am most grateful to have such friend, always willing to say yes to an invitation and no to an outlandish plan.
