HOW IT WORKS

Our travel consultant, Karen Millward and the Customer Care Team at Liberty Travel will be helping guests make travel arrangements.


Once you have completed registering on the Wedding Booking Site, your requested room will be on hold.


There is a deposit of $150 per person at the time of booking to hold your reservation. If you wish to extend your stay for longer than the 4 night minimum, or if you wish to upgrade your room type, contact Customer Care under the Contact US section on the booking website.


*September 29, 2024* is the last date that you will be able to book accommodations within our discounted room block. We have reserved a block of rooms from Tuesday October 21 2025- Saturday October 25 2025.

IMPORTANT: PASSPORTS AND E-TICKETS

EACH traveler in your party must have a passport and E-Tickets for this trip. The name on your passport and E-tickets must match your airline tickets exactly.

Passports must be valid for 6 months after travel. Each Traveler needs an E-ticket for arrival into Punta Cana AND an E-ticket for departure out of Punta Cana. The E-Ticket form should be completed up to 72 hours prior to travel.

THE AIRPORT

The closest airport to the Hard Rock Punta Cana is:

PUJ-Punta Cana International Airport. You will have the option to select your preferred ground transportation (ride to and from the airport) method when you complete your reservation on the booking website.

When using shuttle service for your transportation to and from the airport, please refrain from another taxi and shuttle services trying to sell their services. Please find the sign for your reserved shuttle service.
