Sara- Matthew and I met in the summer of 2019, right before my senior year of high school. Our first date, I was a nervous wreck, but my best friend Ember was there to help me through it. Literally. She was there with us the whole date😂 (thank you Ember). After the first date I knew we would have many more. Through my senior year, covid, starting and finishing college, beginning my career, and everything before during and after, he was always by my side cheering me on. I knew I loved him quickly, and I knew he felt the same about me. In 5 years we have been on so many adventures that I could write a book. Our favorites have always been our trips to Mentone. On one particular trip to Mentone, he asked me to marry him, and of course I said yes. So far, it’s been my favorite adventure, but I can’t wait to see where this new adventure leads us!
