Kindly RSVP for both the Welcome Dinner and Ceremony & Reception through our website by September 8th, 2023

Unfortunately, if we do not receive an RSVP by September 8th, you will be marked as a "No". As a destination wedding, we are provided with a strict timeline from our venue and vendor(s) coordinated by our wedding planner. Therefore, we cannot accept late RSVPs.

Similarly, if you RSVP "yes" but cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will be reserving room blocks at Hotel Ilaria located in the center of Lucca within the renaissance walls (13 min from the wedding venue & 11 min walk from Lucca train station).

Reserved hotel rooms will be available for booking via Hotel Ilaria's website until February 28th, 2024 without a penalty.

We will be enjoying a family style dinner of authentic Italian food including vegetarian options! For other dietary restrictions, please reach out to us directly.

A shuttle service from Hotel Ilaria to and from Villa Oliva will be provided on May 9th.

Hanging out in Lucca! We will likely organize a casual lunch on Friday afternoon 5/10/24 in the city center of Lucca (location TBD) before venturing off into Italy! We hope everyone that joins us on our wedding day will do the same :)
