Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier that 3:15 but no later than 3:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Kevin and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

As much as we love the little ones, this is an adult only ceremony/reception.

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) at the same location as the venue.

Due to the venue capacity, we can't host any additional guests that did not receive a formal invitation.

The venue is semi-formal. We know you will show up looking fabulous!

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer and videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour.

We have reserved 30 rooms at Springhill Suites for our guests. We highly encourage you to book early to secure your stay!
