Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself! For those of you that will be bringing your children, PLEASE be sure to watch closely.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests.Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Our venue has free on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if needed but it must be picked up by 8am the next day. We encourage guests to use the shuttle running from the hotels.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!
