It's hard to say when exactly their story began because as time goes on more unfolds as to how they have been crossing paths far before they even knew.

Let me explain...

1991 - The older and in her opinion "wiser" one is born - Brandy

1993- The MUCH younger and in her opinion MUCH wiser one is born - Sara

(I bet you cant tell who was in charge of writing our story?!)

2000- Sara and Brandy's parents shared a mutual friend who had 2 young boys of their own. Although up until Sara and Brandy got together their parents had never met. Since Brandy was so much older ;) she use to babysit these boys all the time, and turns out she use to go to the fire station to visit Sara's dad with the 2 boys and their mom because the boys just loved "Fire Jim", but up until 2024 Brandy never knew my dad was the firefighter she was visiting all those years! So I guess you could say their path's first crossed about 24 years ago!

(I told you Brandy was old)

2009 - Sara went to a softball game Brandy was playing in but didn't know who she was. She remembered Brandy stood out to her specifically because she was the only player with red cleats. Sara remembered this detail all the way up until 2022 when they officially started talking and revealed she was someone she instantly picked out of a crowd.

2016 - Was the first time Sara and Brandy were introduced to each other. Sara use to babysit Brandy's niece and nephew when their parents (Brandy's sister and brother in law) would have their weekly Dart league. Sara knew they were Brandy's niece and nephew at the time but had never actually met or spoken to one another until Brandy came to visit one night when Sara was babysitting.

2017 - Both Sara and Brandy started in new relationships this year and went on to date their significant others for the same exact amount of time, without ever knowing it. They were friends on facebook after they first met the year prior but never once communicated outside of that one night they met when Sara was babysitting.

2018- 2020 Sara and Brandy both worked at the hospital in different departments. They knew of each other from meeting that one night but never spoke and turns out were both very intimidated by one another. They would see each other almost every single day in the hall and would smile and nod and keep walking. All these years later the two shared that they use to get so nervous to see each other in the hallway's because they both had the same feelings of being interested in the other but were both in relationships and didn't think the feelings were mutual.

2020-2022 - There may have been a bit of Facebook stalking throughout these years. Brandy stopped working at the hospital in 2020 so they stopped having the constant run ins but still thought of each other. They both are guilty of keeping tabs on the other from a far. Keep in mind they still have yet to ever speak outside of a hello in the hall ways.

2022- Sara and Brandy both went through some pretty messy breakups within a few months of each other but had no idea. After being single for a few months they both downloaded a dating app on the SAME day and both matched within 30 minutes of downloading the app. They instantly clicked and shared how each of them always had an eye on the other throughout the years but it was never the right time and they were always in other relationships. When the opportunity finally came for them to have a chance at what they had been interested in for so long they knew nothing would stand in their way this time.

They both knew it was soon to get together after everything they both went through in their previous relationships but it was honestly a no brainer. And to be honest they helped each other get through the hard times they were facing. They showed up for each other like no one else ever has and taught them a newfound sense of love. The odds were stacked against them, people were scared for them jumping in so fast, but what no one knew is they already knew each other so well and had been waiting for this time for many years. They had so much to catch up on of how the other was interested the whole time and then how their stories connected so many times prior. They say there has never been a stronger "When you know you know" for them.

It also turned out Brandy had been living 100 yards up the street from Sara for the last 3 years and they never knew it!

2023 - They moved in together, and started to really experience what life is like together. Things weren't always perfect, it was actually really tough at times but the love was ALWAYS there. They both understand each other in a way no one else does or has. They had both gone through so much in the last year, it was like they were meant to find each other at that exact moment because they truly needed one another to love and support them and they continued to grow stronger together.

August 8, 2024 - Brandy proposed to Sara at the mountain top! Little did Brandy know Sara was on to her that she was planning something so she went and bought a ring also so she could propose back to Brandy at the same time!

If you know them then you know they have the worst luck of anyone and if there is room for something to go wrong, you bet it's going to happen to them! Brandy had been planning this for months, and of course the proposal was set up outside and OFCOURSE there was a hurricane on this day IN Vermont!? But honestly it just showed them that literally nothing would stand in their way of being together. They still had a beautiful proposal Infront of both of their families and have a story to tell. There has never been a doubt in their mind they were meant to be together!

November 23, 2024 - Their wedding day! 11 is Brandy's lucky number and 23 is Sara's lucky number and the fact that it fell on a Saturday meant they couldn't pass up the opportunity to celebrate their love with all their closest friends and family!
