Max & Sara are very excited to welcome and see you all. We will be having a final wedding set up / rehearsal bbq at the venue Friday, May 30th. All are welcome to come to help do final set up, visit with the Bride + Groom, and have a good time! BYOB, we will have the food (just for rehearsal). Wedding party will be at the venue around 2pm, food around 5pm.
Where should we fly into?
You can fly into Missoula (MSO) or Kalispell (FCA).
MSO is 10min from Hotel Blocks, 40 min from Venue
FCA is 1.5 hrs from venue, 2 hrs from Missoula.
FCA you could stay in Polson (on Flathead Lake), and Polson is 35min from the venue. There are a lot of beautiful lake properties here and a lot of hiking options.

How far away from Missoula is the venue?
St Ignatius is a solid 40min away from Missoula. We currently have not found a shuttle from the hotel to the venue. Missoula does have Uber + Lyft and you can schedule pick ups.
We HIGHLY recommend carpooling to and from the venue.
If we don't want to stay in Missoula, where should we look?
Missoula has so many beautiful options! Getting an AirBnB or VRBO anywhere around Missoula and St Ignatius will not be a mistake. Larger groups we do recommend going the this route vs hotel. Sara + Max are also available to help you make decisions here. :)
What time should we show up to the venue?
We have the venue all weekend, so please feel free to show up anytime after 2pm MT. The ceremony will be at 4pm, dinner at 5pm! There will be lawn games and beverages out for folks to hang out, play and enjoy our beautiful Montana scenery. We cannot wait to see you!
