Ceremony Start: 5:30PM | Reception: After the ceremony and pictures, 7:00pm until 11:00 PM

We recommend our guests plan their arrival for 5:00 PM - 5:15PM.

We’ll kick things off with the ceremony at 5:30 PM, then from 6:00 PM - 7:00PM guests will enjoy a cocktail hour while the room gets flipped for dinner.

DRESS CODE:

We invite you to dress anywhere from Cocktail to Black Tie — come looking dino-mite and ready to celebrate!

Think of it as a Gala Night at the Museum... but with tacos and dinosaurs!  

HATCHLINGS:

Little dinos are absolutely welcome to join the fun — but please, no unattended hatchlings in the exhibits.

FOOD & DRINKS:

Dinner is gluten-free. Please let us know any other dietary needs on your RSVP so we can plan a feast everyone will enjoy.

Limited alcohol will be provided.

BYOB is also welcome—just make sure it’s served by our TABC-certified bartender as per UT Campus policy.

TOBACCO-FREE CAMPUS:

The Museum is on a smoke and tobacco-free campus.

If you use tobacco, there’s a short walk off-campus to enjoy it.

We kindly encourage you to plan ahead so your experience is smooth and worry-free.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION:

Paid parking is available in the San Jacinto Parking Garage next to the museum. The garage has entrances on San Jacinto Boulevard and on Trinity Street. Please check the Museum Website for parking specifics, such as garage clearances and alternatives.

Uber/Lyft drop-off is encouraged - Use “The Seven Mustangs” statue as your easy-access landmark for drop-off and pick-up.

REGISTRY & GIFTS:

We recently bought our first home! Shortly after moving in, we were blindsided with unexpected (and extensive) repairs on top of wedding costs. If you’d like to contribute to our wedding re-coup or new home fund, it would mean so much—but your presence is the real treasure.

PARTY RULES:

📸 Please no photos during the ceremony, but we encourage snapping away at the reception!

🍹 Overdrinking or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated — we want everyone safe and having fun.

🏛️ No food or drink in exhibits; please enjoy meals and beverages in the Great Hall or on the Natural Resources Patio.

🚭 Smoke-free campus.
