From I-45 South or FM 2920 East If you are traveling on I-45 south from the direction of downtown Houston, take 1-45 north to FM 2920. Turn left on to FM 2920 and head west. You will go approximately 18-20 miles. Go through Tomball, TX. You will cross SH 249. You will continue on FM 2920 and you will cross Telge Rd., Cypress Rosehill Pd., and Mueschke Rd. Then you will come to a red light at Roberts Cemetery Rd. Turn right. Go approximately 3 miles to the end of Roberts Cemetery Rd. You will be facing a gas station. Turn right onto Nichols Sawmill Rd. We are 1.5 miles down on the right just after the second curve.
From I-45 North (Conroe area): Take I-45 south to FM 1488. Turn right onto FM 1488 (west). Travel for approximately 25 to 30 miles. You will pass Magnolia High School, a set of rail road tracks. Go through the City of Magnolia. You will come to FM 1774. Cross the rail road tracks and make an immediate left onto FM 1774. Go to the third stop light, Nichols Sawmill Rd., and turn right. Travel approximately 6.5 miles to Ashelynn Manor (approx. 1 mile past the volunteer fire station at Butera Rd.). We will be on the left.
FM 1960 West: If you are closer to Kuykendahl or Steubner Airline Rd., you should take either one of those roads north to FM 2920, turn left and go to Tomball, TX then follow the above directions. If you are closer to SH 249, then take SH 249 north to FM 2920 west. You will cross Telge Rd., Cypress Rosehill Pd., and Mueschke Rd. Then you will come to a red light at Roberts Cemetery Rd. From Loop 610 West, Hwy 290 West and Beltway 8: Take 610 West to Hwy 290 West (to Austin). You will pass Beltway 8, Jones Rd., FM 1960/Hwy 6, Telge Rd., Huffmeister Rd., Cypress Rosehill Rd., You will come to Mueschke Rd. Take the Mueschke Rd. exit. Turn right onto Mueschke Rd. Take Mueschke Rd. to FM 2920 (Approximately 7.4 miles). Turn left onto FM 2920. Go 1 mile to the stop light at Robert's Cemetery Rd., turn right.
