Lodging is independent. I have listed a few places I would recommend in the area under the Travel Info tab. Please find a hotel or Air Bnb in the Chattanooga, Hixson, Soddy Daisy, or Dayton TN area. Anything in the Ooltewah or East Ridge area is quite a drive, so please plan accordingly.

Please DO NOT wear a Halloween Costume. Dress is Formal or Semi-Formal. Please dress your best!

The venue runs on EST (eastern standard time). The venue is located on the boarder of EST and CST (your clocks will change) The ceremony will begin at 4:30 EST. Drinks, Dinner, Dancing and Photo Booth will be available to those who RSVP until 10:30pm

Chance and I ask that you please turn your cellphone and personal devices off during the ceremony and DO NOT use them to take pictures. Chance and I have hired very expensive and professional videographers and photographers. The full ceremony will be professionally recorded and shared with friends and family upon request. There will also be a highlight video shared on social media after the wedding.

Unfortunately, due to Covid 19 and the amount of elderly family members in attendance Chance and Sara can not accommodate everyone they’d like in attendance. If you can not find your name in the RSVP section, and you received a mailed invitation, please contact one of us. If you can not find your name and you did not receive a mailed invitation, Please know if this is the case it was not an easy decision to leave loved ones or friends without an invitation. Please know we do this only for the safety of our immediate family and friends in attendance.
