What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:00pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm.

Will there be a transfer to the reception?

The ceremony and reception are on-site at the Hacienda.

Are there group gift options on the registry?

Yes- click on the item you'd think of gifting money towards and it will take you to the store's registry, which will allow you to do a group gift donation if it has been set up for that item.

Can I Leave My Car Overnight at The Hacienda?

Yes.

What will the weather be like?

The average temperature for August in Santa Ana, CA is a high of 83 degrees and low of 64 degrees. The chance of precipitation is about 1%. Sunrise is approximately 6:15am and sunset is around 7:30pm.

Can I bring my kids?

No children over the age of three without specific invitation, please.

Where should I sit for the ceremony?

Front row(s) are reserved for immediate family.

What time should I go home?

'Official' event to end at 11:00pm. After party in Downtown Santa Ana to follow.

How do I know where to sit for dinner?

Table assignments available upon arrival.

When will we eat?

Dinner service to follow grand entrance and formal toasts. There will be appetizers served at the cocktail hour following the ceremony.

Can I bring an additional guest?

Plus one is by invitation only.

How do I RSVP?

Please visit the RSVP section of this website and complete by Sunday, June 22nd, 2025.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please indicate any dietary needs on your RSVP and it will be accommodated to the best of our ability with the venue.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Hosted beer, wine, & champagne. Cocktails and other alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, Cocktail attire.

Can I take photos?

We are requesting that you do not use cell phones during the ceremony.

Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence is our best gift. Please visit the registry section of the website if you would like to either donate to one of the cash funds or buy a gift from the registry. If you decide to buy a gift, you may bring it in person to the wedding or ship to us via the registry. Some of our registry stores also offer free shipping with certain purchases.
