Out of state guests will fly into Denver International Airport (DEN), the main hub for travel to Colorado. From there, they can choose their preferred mode of transportation—whether it’s a convenient shuttle service, a ride with Uber, or driving a personal vehicle—to make the approximately 90-minute scenic journey to Estes Park. This route offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains as guests transition from the busy airport to the tranquility of Estes Park.
This service offers multiple daily trips between DEN airport and Estes Park. The cost is approximately $55-75 per person (seasonal cost difference) making it an economical choice. Reservations can be made in advance.
Renting a car from DEN provides flexibility to explore Estes Park and the surrounding areas at your own pace. Rental rates vary but can be economical, especially for group travel. Be sure to book in advance to secure the best rates.

Our wedding venue has on site lodging, and accommodations. On property, there is a mix of 26 condos (1, 2, and 3 bedroom) and 14 hotel suites that can be reserved. These units are individually owned, VRBO style, and are booked on a first come first reserve basis and availability can be found on the website attached.
Guests are able to book directly online or by calling the lodging office at 970-586-8113. Black Canyon Inn is not able to offer room “blocks,” but does provide a wedding guest discount code.

Spacious hotel style suites and Mountain Village Cabins meet unique wildlife encounters at The Estes Park Resort, ideally located on Lake Estes. This location is located about 8 minutes from Black Canyon Inn and has on site dinning.
