Sara and William met in 2014 in high school and were instantly best friends. They started dating in 2015 and have been inseparable ever since.

William was born and raised in Houston, Texas; however, he spent time living in Russia and St. Croix when he was a young boy. He grew up playing many sports and was a part of the school band. He attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a B.S. in Political Science where he focused on international politics and data analysis. He will be graduating law school May 2024 from the University of Houston Law Center. During his studies at UHLC, he practiced in the family law clinic and was a senior article editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Public Policy. William is an excellent student and has made the dean's list every semester of undergraduate and professional school. After graduation, he will be joining the Lopez Law Group.

Sara was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended high school with William where she was an accomplished bassoonist and a girl scout. Sara attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry where she focused on biochemical tuberculosis research and radioactive gold nano-particle cancer treatments. She studied a semester abroad at Cordon Bleu where she studied oenology and Italian cooking techniques. She has worked as a baker and a STEM tutor. She currently works at the University of Houston in the Fire Marshal's Office as a Fire and Life Safety Technician.

William and Sara have traveled extensively to national and state parks together including Zion National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Palo Duro State Park, and more. They are homebodies that enjoy cooking, working out, watching movies, and eating ice cream.

William proposed to Sara in June of 2023 at Baskin Robbins (the location of their first date in 2015). They plan to have a beautiful family of their own; travel to new places; and grow old together.
