It all started back in the fall of 2018 when two people swiped right on Bumble. I knew the time we first started texting that something was different. I remember I was visiting my cousin, Sabrina, for the weekend and told her "something about this guy feels different." I couldn't have been more right. Our first date was at Red Horn coffee shop and I remember thinking how cool this guy was because he was driving a Mustang. We spent hours just talking and geeking out trading medical stories. From there we grew our friendship. We continued to date other people but always found ourselves coming back to one another, never losing touch. Chase was even there for me when I was in the hospital and when I would work late he would bring me dinner at the hospital. Then finally in June of 2019 we both finally acknowledged that we really just wanted to be with one another. Little did we know that the next two years would bring stress, sickness, anxiety and so much more, particularly with both of us being in healthcare. Being in a new relationship during a pandemic was interesting but definitely brought us together. We knew that if we could face that together then we were already off to a strong start. Now we can't wait to join with our friends and family to celebrate our love and the forever that lies ahead!
