In the winter of 2019, we decided to meet for our first date in Philadelphia. We both went in with an open mind, but neither of us expected to meet someone who complements each other’s lives in such a way that can only be explained by fate. During 2020, viruses were not the only thing being spread, as our love was in full bloom. The pandemic came with uncertainty but it also gave us a unique opportunity to spend time with each other in an intimate way that only solidified what we were feeling, that we were with someone we want to spend the rest of our lives with. Our story continues in the summer of 2021, when we make arrangements to move in together (and our lovely friend Jessica!) in Fishtown, Philadelphia. This is when the idea of building a life together was not just a dream, but a reality. As the world opened up, our love began to travel and we got to share it with many beautiful cities, concerts, and state/national parks. Our love has only grown, so much so that in 2023, we decided to adopt our beloved sphynx cat, Dobby, to add to our family. We were very content with Dobby as our only pet, but a year later, fate came knocking again – only this time, in the form of an injured kitten who would not leave our backyard. After repeated visits and a cut that did not seem to heal, we both knew the right thing to do and that we still had plenty of love to give, and thus we rescued our second cat, Lamborghini (guess who named him). Our journey would not be complete without our beloved friends and family, with whom we have so many moments and memories that have made our story what it is. And now, our story will bring us all to the Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia for our wedding. We absolutely cannot wait to celebrate our love with you!
