Yes, but only for the ceremony, everyone is welcomed at the reception. A babysitter will be onsite of the venue for the entire duration of the wedding.

The closest airport is Lexington which is about 30 minutes and Louisville airport is about 1 hour away from Frankfort.

It is an outside ceremony and barn reception, heels are always an option for some of ya'll but I don't recommend because of uneven ground. Semi-formal, jeans and boots or slacks with a dress shirt is fine. Dresses and jumpsuits are fine as well, anything wedding appropriate and or comfortable for you will work.
