Red Kettle Coffee - Coffee, tea, pastries, quick eats
(not really for eating but Sandpiper Liquor is our only little store and is good for emergency shopping, lottery tickets and late night ice cream runs)

Delgados - Family owned Mexican food, full bar
Rincon Alteno, Reyes, Reynaldo’s, Don Rogue, Taco Grande - Excellent hole in the wall Mexican
Zookers - California cuisine, wine, little upscale but still casual
Siam Elephant - Thai
Padaro Beach Grill - Casual oceanside dining outside (hint: sit up on the adults only deck for the best sunset view. If it’s cold, ask them to light the fire pit.)
Garden Market - Quiche, salad, sandwiches, coffee, wine, beautiful garden setting
Guicho’s Italian - Casual take out/dine in, house made tiramisu

On the Water
The Boathouse - Steak, seafood, burgers full bar, on the beach (SB)
The Fish House - Seafood, salads, steaks, great happy hour, across from the wharf (SB)
The Cliff House - Varied menu, on the beach, secluded, casual elegant, highly recommend (101 south toward Ventura. Mussel Shoals exit.)
The Harbor Restaurant - On the wharf over the ocean, big menu, great views (SB)
Longboards Grill - On the wharf over the ocean. Go for drinks on the outside patio, don’t eat there. The food is mediocre bar food at best but the drinks are good and the views spectacular. (SB)
Brophy Bros - Seafood. Iconic SB restaurant, get there early
Shoreline Cafe - On the sand. Sandwiches, salads. The catch of the day fish plate and tacos are YUM.

Carpinteria - Toro Canyon Park (enclosed dog park as well as hiking and picnic spots)
Tomol Park (play and learn Carpinteria history!)

Montecito - Upper Manning Park (one of our favorites! So beautiful)
