Where to begin...

The year is 2020, and if you remember 5 short years ago, all normalcy had flew the coop...also how in the world has it already been 5 years. Chris had signed up to become a reservist with the Air Force and was away at basic and then onto tech school when the pandemic hit and Sarah was tucked away in Slippery Rock, PA attempting to find some type of sanity with her roommate Mel as the world unraveled around them. There was one thing in common though...both Sarah and Chris had jobs at Primanti Brother's in Grove City, PA when the dust of the pandemic settled and the new version of normal began.

On a quiet night towards the end of June of 2020, Sarah was working the front of house and Chris was having drinks with some coworkers when his friend Izzy decided to ask the bartender if Sarah was 21. Getting the answer, he then called Sarah over to the table and said that he had a friend that was interested in her. Sarah, let Izzy know that if he had a friend interested in her that his friend would need to ask for her number himself. Chris then, still having said nothing handed over his phone for Sarah to input the number. Something told her to do it, but good going Chris...

They officially start dating in July of 2020 and enjoyed the summer going to the zoo, eating out, and of course working at Primanti Brothers. In October of 2020, they welcomed a small white and grey kitten which they named Loki to add to the small zoo they already had including Sarah's two cats, Kali and Kevin, as well as, Chris's dog, Princess.

Sarah and Chris moved to Wilmington, NC in October of 2021 after Sarah graduated from Slippery Rock where they found out they were expecting Charlotte in January of 2022. Not wanting to be that far from family, they began looking to move back to the Youngstown area. They bought their first home in June of 2022 together.

Charlotte made a surprise entrance in August of 2022 and completed their family for the time being. After a few job changes, Sarah became a stay at home mom in March of 2024.

Sarah and Chris eloped at the court house in August of 2024 and are very excited to finally celebrate their elopement with everyone!
