When should I arrive for the ceremony?

The venue will be open to guests by 3 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early so you have time to mingle and find your seat!

How do I RSVP?

We will be collecting RSVPs by September 22nd, and we truly hope you will be able to join us! If you already know that you are unable to attend, please let us know. Your invitation will include the QR code to RSVP for yourself and anyone else in your party. You can also RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" link located in the upper righthand corner of our website.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in detail about any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP! Our caterer will happily accommodate any dietary concerns, including gluten-free and vegan options.

Do you have a hotel block for out-of-town guests?

We have reserved a hotel block with discounted room rates beginning Saturday, November 2nd through Monday, November 4th at the Springfield Courtyard by Marriott, only a 7-minute drive from our venue, as well as a secondary block at the Hampton Inn & Suites. When is the deadline to book my overnight accommodations if I'd like to stay at the hotel?

Reservations must be made no later than 10/3/24 at the Courtyard by Marriott and 10/18/24 at the Hampton by Hilton in order for each group rate to be honored.

What kind of weather should I expect?

Early November temperatures in the Philadelphia area can range anywhere from 60°F during the day to 45°F or lower at night. We recommend bringing a jacket for the evening. We will also be providing guests with blankets for the outdoor ceremony, should the weather be chillier than expected!

Where can I park when I arrive?

The Duke Sculpture Garden provides parking in a lot at the front of the venue, which you will see immediately from the entrance at Plush Mill Road. Handicapped parking spots are available directly in front of the venue. There is also limited overflow parking. However, we recommend using our Uber codes if you are staying at the hotel (see the hotel transportation Q&A below!) or public transportation if convenient, as the lot's capacity holds 55 parking spaces.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If you're planning to wear heels or pumps, please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the lawn. All events on the day of the wedding will be located at the Duke Sculpture Garden.

Can I bring my kids?

We truly love your little ones, but unless in the bridal party or otherwise specified, please make arrangements ahead of time, as this is an adults only event. We want you to be able to enjoy your evening and put on your dancing shoes! If you will be traveling with your children and need local childcare recommendations, please let us know.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited seating, we cannot accommodate any additional guests aside from those on our guest list. Your plus one's name will be included on your invitation. Please reach out to us with any questions!

Where are you registered?

As we prepare to embark on our new journey together, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you’re considering a gift, we would be honored if you would contribute to our honeymoon or new home fund. Your generosity will help us create unforgettable memories and start our lives together on an incredible adventure in Australia and Japan! We have also created gift registries through Amazon, Target, Crate & Barrel, and Etsy if you prefer the traditional route and would like to help spruce up our home. Thank you for being a part of our special day. We can’t wait to see you and share in the celebration!

Will there be transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?

Yes! If you are planning on staying at the hotel, we have secured Uber codes for you to book your ride to the venue for the ceremony and reception. At the close of the evening, we have provided a shuttle bus back to the venue for your convenience. The Uber codes for your rides to the venue will be found in your welcome bags upon your arrival at the hotel, along with instructions for booking your rides. Since a shuttle bus is provided at the end of the evening, guests do not need to book a second ride back to the hotel. Please don't hesitate to ask the brides about transportation if you have any questions!

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

We're so excited to spend more time with our loved ones traveling from near and far! All guests are welcome to attend our afterparty at Tavola's Restaurant and Bar, a venue directly attached to our hotel block, immediately following our reception. Additional information for the afterparty, including timing and address, is listed on the home page of our website.
