Yes, we are asking all guests to wear black as the primary colour of their outfit. Our theme is “black tie”. This will make our photos look that much better! Below should give you an idea.

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

At the Sandman hotel in Sherwood Park there is plenty of parking, to park close to the entrance to our hall we recommend to drive pass CHOP the restaurant’s patio and park on that side of the building. There is parking available at the community hall. However, it is limited so we suggest carpooling, especially if you will be drinking. Guests can leave there vehicle overnight (if needed). ALL CARS must be picked up by 10AM the next day. The parking should accommodate all our guests, if need be you can park on the road located outside the parking lot, but please be mindful of the people living in the community.

We are doing a toonie bar! With that being said please bring cash in exchange for drink tickets!

The ceremony will begin at 1:00PM. Please arrive between 12:30-12:45pm at the latest, so you have enough time to find a seat & socialize before ceremony begins. Feel free to arrive early and grab a drink from CHOP located within the sandman hotel!

We love your kiddos! But we have decided to keep our wedding & reception to an adults-only event. We hope this will be a much deserved night off for the parents!
