We have a block of rooms booked at the Sheraton & Hampton Inn Bayfront Hotels. While these hotels offer the best location proximity for out of town guests to the ceremony and reception venues, we understand they are not the most cost effective options available. If you'd like a recommendation for another hotel in the area, please feel free to ask the bride or groom, we'd be happy to help.
Can I bring a plus one or can I bring my kids?
While we would love for absolutely every person we know to join in our special day, guests are limited to those indicated on your individual RSVP.
What is the food situation?
Dinner will consist of a buffet with a wide variety of options for all palate's & food sensitivities. Kids meals will also be available upon request, just indicate so in your RSVP!
Will there be an open bar?
This answer is simple, YES.
How long will the ceremony be?
It is a traditional catholic mass wedding ceremony, so anticipate anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.
What can I do between the Ceremony & the Recepiton?
We tried to plan accordingly and only have an hour between the anticipated end time of the ceremony and when cocktail hour starts. Voodoo Brewing Company is located next door to the reception venue if you want to start the party early!
