It all began in 2017 when Sarah made the big move to Boston for medical school, excited to start the next chapter of her life. Little did she know, her future partner was already a Boston native, someone whose roots ran deep in the city she was just getting to know. Robbie was born and raised in Boston, a proud local with a big heart.

In 2018, fate brought them together in the most unexpected of places— a support group for anxiety and depression. Both navigating personal challenges, they formed a connection that was authentic from the start. Through shared vulnerability and open conversations, what began as mutual support quickly evolved into a deep friendship. Three months later, that friendship blossomed into something even more beautiful, and they started dating.

Life didn’t slow down after that. With Sarah’s demanding medical school schedule and Robbie’s juggling his social media page and his job, they still managed to nurture their relationship, proving that love thrives even in the busiest times. They even adopted their beloved dog son, Rufus, along the way amid the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Sarah’s journey took them from Boston to Rhode Island for her residency. While their lives were filled with challenges and change, they always remained a strong, steady pair, lifting each other up.

Then, in September 2023, a new chapter began—Robbie proposed, and Sarah said yes! With hearts full of joy and excitement, they began planning their future together. Soon after, they learned that Philadelphia would be their next adventure in 2024 as Sarah was accepted into a fellowship there.

Although Sarah and Robbie have never lived in the same place for more than 3 years, they have found their true home in each other and can't wait to see what the future holds.
