Boy have we come a long way! We met at a concert in June 2017 where we immediately hit it off so we exchanged numbers and added each other on Snapchat. Snapchat was our form of communication throughout the summer until August when we started texting and hanging out after our summer plans calmed down. On September 16, 2017 after a Charlotte football game, Wyatt asked me out and we dated for 8 months. In May of 2018, we broke up and didn’t talk to each other until September 2021 thanks to both of our best friends not telling us we were going to the same place (shout out to Alyssa, Scott, and Brendan). At first we didn't really talk and I wouldn’t even look at him but by the end of the night we were talking like best friends. It was kind of an awkward month after that of hanging out in group settings a little and starting to text again. In October of 2021 at another concert (maybe PNC should be our venue) round 2 of being together started! After a couple months of talking, Wyatt asked me to be his girlfriend on December 16th, 2021. Flash forward to December 8th, 2023 we go on our annual Christmas light adventure for our anniversary and little did I know that Wyatt was proposing! Obviously I said yes and that brings us to where we are! We have worked through so much to be the strong couple we are but had so much fun in our relationship. Letting God lead us and continuing our adventures has been amazing. We look forward to the future and celebrating the start of our marriage with you!
