Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony will be Outdoors. Cocktail hour is outside under a large party tent and the reception will be indoors

The normal temperature in MA is 65-70 degrees in September.
Where is the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the ceremony & the reception are located at Look Park in Northampton MA. The Ceremony will be located at The Sanctuary and the Reception will be located at the Garden House.

What time should I arrive?
We would like guests to arrive at 3 pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm!
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
We have booked wedding room blocks at four hotels. Navigate to the hotel page of this website to view them. We have also included a few extra hotel options for your convenience.

Where should we park for the ceremony?
The Sanctuary at Look Park. There are several parking spaces surrounding, the sanctuary.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the immediate family of the bride and groom will be taking pictures for around 20-30 minutes. Guests can head straight to the cocktail area (white tent outside Garden House) where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.”
What type of bar?
We will have a cash bar available during the cocktail hour & reception.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No! We could be kicked out if you are caught drinking in their parking lot.
