4:30 pm on August 4, 2024, in the Bannister's backyard at 17 North St., Hatfield, MA 01038

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, the time listed on the invitation. You're welcome to arrive 15-20 minutes earlier to have a cocktail and begin enjoying the day!

Our dress code is garden party/cocktail. We suggest you dress for warm weather with vibrant floral tones. We'll be outdoors on the lawn for most of the day, and the celebration is rain or shine.

If your invitation says "& Family" or your kiddo's name is on the invitation, we want them to come celebrate with us! However, there won't be childcare onsite. If you prefer to get a babysitter instead, that works too. Please RSVP for each family member in your party so we can get an accurate guest count (including kids) for food.

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Drinks are "backyard bar" style - serve yourself as long as drinks last. Dinner will be paired with water and wine. Non-alcoholic beverages will be labeled; parents are responsible for their children's consumption.

There is limited parking available at 17 North Street, weather permitting. There is plenty of free street parking available along Main Street, as well as in the parking lot of the nearby schools (Smith Academy and Hatfield Elementary).

Please arrive no later than 4:30, our ceremony time. However, feel free to leave anytime after you're fed - we understand many guests traveled a long way or have little ones to tend to. We encourage you to slip away without saying anything - we were thrilled to have you! Please say Hi, Not Bye. We look forward to catching up with all our favorite people in the coming weeks and months following our celebration.
