Outside alcohol and personal alcohol is strictly prohibited. All alcohol will be served by a professional bartending company. All alcohol must remain at the venue, i.e, bar, food service building, reception building, dance floor, bridal suite, and grooms suite. The Valley Weddings reserves the right to ask and require violators of any of the alcohol policies to leave the property immediately.

All guests and invitees will utilize the designated smoking areas, all indoor areas of the facilities must be kept smoke free. This applies to all forms of smoke ie: cigarettes and vapes. No cannabis products may be smoked at any point while at the venue. No person may smoke, vape or otherwise use cannabis in licensed premises as per the Alberta legislation.

Vehicles cannot be parked at the venue overnight. Shuttle buses will be provided from our recommended hotels for the guests to get to and from the venue. Pick up from hotels will be at 2pm and pick up at venue will be at 10pm and 11:45pm.

All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
