UPDATE: The room blocks have been released since the wedding is just around the corner, but you can still book a room! Grab one while you can!

Airport Information

If you'll be arriving by airplane, we suggest flying into either Nashville BNA (1.5 hours away) or Chattanooga CHA (1 hour away), as they are the closest airports to the Monteagle Sunday School Assembly.

If you need a shuttle from the Nashville or Chattanooga airports this makes a stop and picks up in Monteagle at the Smoke House Lodge and Cabins!

You can rent cottages through the Assembly if you'd like to stay and make a mini vacation out of it! Best for a large family or groups! If you're staying on Assembly property, we recommend renting a golf cart for the weekend! Check out our Transportation page for more info!

Golf Cart Rental 

If you're staying on Assembly property, we recommend renting a golf cart for the weekend! Make sure you get an electric golf cart, and some companies will send a cart without a windshield (so make sure you request one if you want one!). Our favorite lookout spot! It's just a 20 minute walk (or a 5 minute golf cart ride!) from the Assembly's North Gate!

Ride your e-bike on the paved and scenic Mountain Goat Trail, which starts right outside the store!

Savage Gulf and South Cumberland State Parks have plenty of hiking options if you would like to see some of the natural areas surrounding Monteagle! Our favorite is Foster Falls (which has a steep 0.5 hike that may be difficult for older visitors, but is ok for children as long as its done slowly!) See all the trail heads at the link below!

Wedding Day Shuttle Info

We’re providing complimentary shuttle service to make your travel easy and stress-free on the wedding day! Here’s everything you need to know:

Shuttle Pick Up/Drop Off Schedule -  May 17

Two Sprinter shuttles will be making pickups at the following hotels: Sprinter 1: 4:30 PM – Arrives at the Quality Inn 4:45 PM – Guests board 4:50 PM – Shuttle departs for Warren Chapel at the Assembly Sprinter 2: 4:30 PM –Arrives at the Smokehouse Lodge 4:40 PM – Guests board 4:45 PM – Departs Smokehouse Lodge 4:55 PM – Picks up additional guests at Monteagle Inn Then the shuttle continues to Warren Chapel at the Assembly. Parking Shuttle: After initial drop-offs, both shuttles will assist with transporting guests who drive and park near the front entrance of the Assembly grounds. Shuttle staff will be present to assist you! Evening Shuttle Returns: Shuttles will remain on-site throughout the evening to return guests to their hotels. The final shuttle will depart at 11:05 PM, shortly after the bride and groom’s send-off.

Wedding Day Parking Info

If you're driving yourself to the ceremony, please do not drive through the gates of the Assembly! Guest parking is available just outside and to the left of the Assembly entrance gates. Once you've parked, a shuttle will pick you up and take you to the Chapel. Shuttles will run continuously from the parking area to the ceremony site starting around 5:00 PM, and staff will be present to assist with loading. After the celebration, shuttles will continue to return guests to the parking area as needed throughout the evening. The final shuttle departure will be at 11:05 PM, following the bride and groom’s exit.
