The ceremony starts at 4:00. Childcare will be available starting at 3:30. We recommend arriving by 3:30 to ensure you have time to park and find your seat.

We have a room block available at the Omni, where we are having our ceremony and reception. The link is available under the Travel tab. In order to get the room block rate, you must book by June 10th. We have also posted a link to a nearby hotel (a 2 minute walk!) that has a wedding guest discount. However, we cannot guarantee availability at this hotel as we do not have a block. We recommend booking early, as hotels fill up quickly during this season in Charlottesville.

If you are staying at the Omni, you have the option pay an additional fee for early check-in. Alternatively, you can book at the Residence Inn across the street with a 3pm check-in time. We have also posted links for two other nearby hotels with 3pm check-in times.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire. Our ceremony and reception will be inside, so you won't need to worry about rain or 100-degree weather!
