The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal.

Due to the venue restrictions, we are only able to accommodate children of our close family and/or our wedding party. Thank you for your understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Shuttles will be located at The Hyatt and Marriott hotels in Short Pump. Please see the Travel page for further information. (you do not have to be a guest of the hotel to take a shuttle to and from the estate)

Parking is available at the wedding venue, The Estate at River Run. Cars may be left overnight, but please note that Uber, Lyft, and taxis do not pick up and drop off from this location. Please plan accordingly!

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors and outdoors. In the case of rain, the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

We will have food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from. Please denote any food allergies on your RSVP card so we can accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Yes. We will have an open bar ready to serve you anything from beer, wine, liquor, or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to Rich and Sarah's home, 103 Lindbergh Lane, Manakin Sabot, VA 23103. Please see our wedding registry.

Guests may begin to arrive at 3:30 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m., immediately followed by cocktail hour where hors d'oeuvres will be served. Guests will be welcomed into the estate at 5:30 pm, for a reception that will conclude with a sparkler exit for the bride and groom at 10:40 p.m.

Security will be onsite for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Elevators are available.

We love the idea of having a variety of photos from different vantage points to document our event! Please take photos and upload them to our wedding Google Drive. QR codes to the drive will be posted at the wedding.
