-4:00pm Shuttle Arrives To Hotels (Holiday Inn Express and Best Western)
-4:15pm Shuttles depart from hotels to Wedding Venue
-5:00pm Wedding Ceremony at CBBC
-9:00pm Early shuttle from CBBC to both hotels
-10:00pm Shuttle from CBBC to After Party and both hotels
-11:00pm Shuttle from After Party to both hotels
-12:00am Shuttle from After Party to both hotels
-1:00am Final Shuttle from After Party to both hotels
How should I get back to the airport if I am flying in?
Please note, there are no rideshare services available from the Kent Island area. Please see our “travel” tab on our website for information regarding shuttles and rental services.
Will there be an official after party?
Yes! For anyone who wants to keep the party going, please join us at Knoxie's Table from 10:00-1:00, located at the Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Additional shuttles from Knoxie's will be provided.
What is the closest airport?
Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) is the closest airport to the venue with a roughly 45 minute drive.
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is a 55 minute drive to the venue. Please find transport options to and from the airport on the Travel section of our website. Please note that rideshare services are limited when travelling FROM Stevensville to either airport.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is parking available at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
Will Transportation To The Ceremony Be Provided?
Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided from the Holiday Inn-Express and Best Western. Please note that we have been told Ubers and other rideshare services in the area are extremely unreliable.
What Should I wear?
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or long gowns, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie (but leave your tuxes at home).
Can I Bring a Date?
Due to capacity limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?
The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) while the reception is indoor.
