While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you have children that must come with you, please let us know.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Our wedding is cocktail attire. Think bold and fun, not tight and buttoned up.

The ceremony will be outdoors as well as cocktail hour. If it is supposed to rain, we will move both inside.

Early October in Northern Virginia can look very different. Generally speaking, it should be in the 60's-70's and hopefully sunny!

Yes! Our venue has ample parking.

When you receive your formal invitation in the mail (in 2024) you will be directed to RSVP on the site and can select your meal. If you have already RSVP’d it will be sent back to you so that you can make this choice.

We will be having an open bar along with two signature cocktails!

Yes! Our hotel block is at Tru by Hilton at One Loudon. Breakfast is offered with a free shuttle to to Dulles International Airport. It is located within One Loudon with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

A shuttle bus will leave from Tru by Hilton in One Loudon to drive people to the venue. Two shuttles will bring people back to the hotel at the end of the night. One leaving at 9 PM and the other leaving at 11 PM. If you drove to the venue but don’t feel comfortable driving back, hop on the shuttle! You can collect your car from Shadow Creek anytime before noon on Sunday, October 6th.
