We also visited this breathtaking lake just outside of Rome when we were first getting to know each other. Not as touristy as Italy's other big lakes, Lago di Bracciano is laid-back and home to a medieval castle, Castello Orsini Odeschalchi, where we actually considered holding our wedding during the planning stages!

Abbiamo visitato anche questo lago mozzafiato appena fuori Roma quando stavamo iniziando a conoscerci. Meno turistico rispetto agli altri grandi laghi d’Italia, il Lago di Bracciano è tranquillo e ospita un castello medievale, il Castello Orsini Odeschalchi, dove abbiamo persino pensato di celebrare il nostro matrimonio durante la fase di organizzazione!

This rose garden in Rome opens from late April until mid-June, just in time for our wedding and your visit! We loved strolling here together, and it's right across from Circo Massimo — two birds with one stone!

Questo roseto di Roma è aperto da fine aprile fino a metà giugno, proprio in tempo per il nostro matrimonio e la vostra visita! Abbiamo adorato passeggiare qui insieme, ed è proprio di fronte al Circo Massimo — due piccioni con una fava!

We always go jogging together here. It's especially beautiful in spring, when temperatures are still mild. There's a lake and a series of trails and winding paths, perfect for long walks.

Facciamo sempre jogging insieme qui. È particolarmente bello in primavera, quando le temperature sono ancora miti. C’è un lago e una serie di sentieri e viottoli perfetti per le passeggiate lunghe.

Trastevere (where you can find Piazza Trilussa) is a much-loved area of Rome, known for its traditional restaurants, narrow alleys, charming piazze, and cobblestone streets. It has a vibrant nightlife and is popular with a young crowd and tourists, while still retaining its authentic character. We recommend going around sunset, when the soft yellow glow of street lamps and shops renders the area more intimate and romantic.

Questa è una delle zone più amate di Roma, conosciuta per i suoi ristoranti tradizionali, i vicoli stretti, le piazzette affascinanti e le strade acciottolate. Ha una vita notturna vivace ed è molto frequentata dai giovani e dai turisti, pur mantenendo un carattere autentico. Vi consigliamo di andarci al tramonto, quando la luce gialla e soffusa dei lampioni e delle vetrine rende l’atmosfera ancora più intima e romantica.

A regular haunt for us that doesn't need an introduction! We have so many beautiful memories here. Right at the foot of the steps, there's an English tea spot, Babbington's, with a fascinating history during World War 2. If you're after fine dining, there is a Michelin-starred restaurant at the top of the Hassler Hotel, Imago. Facing away from the steps, if you go down Via Condotti and turn right onto Via del Corso, you'll hit Piazza del Popolo. If you turn left, you'll find the grand Vittoriano monument.

Un nostro luogo del cuore che non ha bisogno di presentazioni! Qui abbiamo tanti ricordi bellissimi. Proprio ai piedi della scalinata si trova una sala da tè inglese, Babbington’s, con una storia affascinante legata alla Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Se cercate un’esperienza di alta cucina, in cima all’Hotel Hassler c’è un ristorante stellato Michelin, l’Imago. Dando le spalle alla scalinata, se percorrete Via Condotti e svoltate a destra su Via del Corso, arriverete a Piazza del Popolo. Se invece svoltate a sinistra, troverete il maestoso monumento del Vittoriano.

A happy place for us! We celebrated various wins here. Roman legend has it that Saint Pasquale Baylon, protector of pastry chefs and unsatisfied wives, invented zabaione to reconcile couples and reignite their passion. Do with that knowledge what you will! The outdoor seating is lovely :)

Un posto del cuore per noi! Qui abbiamo festeggiato diversi traguardi. La leggenda romana narra che San Pasquale Baylon, protettore dei pasticceri e delle mogli insoddisfatte, abbia inventato lo zabaione per riconciliare le coppie e riaccendere la passione. Fate di questa informazione ciò che volete! I tavolini all’aperto sono deliziosi :)

Such a good steak place. Argentinian-Italian fusion. We came here on a date night and for an anniversary dinner, after a concert at the Trevi Fountain, which is not too far away. 10/10. Make sure to grab one of their lollipops afterward.

Un posto fantastico per la carne. Una fusione italo-argentina. Siamo venuti qui per un appuntamento romantico e per una cena anniversario, dopo un concerto alla Fontana di Trevi, che si trova poco distante. Voto 10/10. Non dimenticate di prendere uno dei loro lecca-lecca alla fine!
