Yes, there will be valet parking available for anyone choosing to drive.

Weather permitting, we plan to hold our ceremony outdoors overlooking the Hudson River. The welcome reception, cocktail hour, and main reception will take place indoors, but guests will have access to the outdoor patio throughout the event, including a s'mores station.

You're welcome to take photos, but please note we will have a professional photographer, so we kindly ask that you do so discreetly.

The venue offers views of the Hudson River, and the promenade along the river can be reached by exiting the venue’s front, walking past Shadows Restaurant, and continuing down the parking lot to the pathway.

Hotel Party and second dinner pizzas!

In case you missed it! Two buses with a capacity of 44 each will depart the Courtyard Poughkeepsie at 10:50 a.m. to bring guests to The Grandview. At the end of the reception, two buses will pick guests up from The Grandview at 5 p.m. to return to the hotel. It's about a 10 minute ride in each direction and both buses can shuttle twice so no guest is left behind!
