Matt and I met through a mutual friend in Waverly, NY. But did not start dating until after I moved back in with my parents. We started dating before I started nursing school at Mansfield University. However, during my freshman year, with my heavy school load and the commute we ended up breaking up, so that I could focus on my educational goals.

My senior year of college, I was back in Sayre for clinicals and ironically Matt had just moved back to town, too. I stopped by to visit him one day and our love was soon rekindled.

When the pandemic hit, I decided I wanted to be with Matt and Matt alone, because I would never find the love that we share anywhere else. So, we decided to move to Bethlehem, PA shortly after my graduation. I've been working as a nurse at St. Luke's Hospital ever since we moved here. Matt has been making a name for himself in the stainless steel business operating and programing a laser. He loves what he is doing and is looking forward to the future.

One day, as we were getting our garden ready, in May for the coming season, he asked me to continue to grow with him forever. I said yes, of course and that brings us to now!
