We highly recommend checking in on Thursday, April 24th 2025, the day before our wedding. This will allow you time to rest & refresh before our wedding the next day!

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. Our hotel has informed us that early check-ins are typically not available, so we highly suggest booking your stay to begin on April 24th, 2025, to ensure you have ample time to get ready for our wedding on April 25th. If you’re unable to check in the day before, please note that our wedding will begin promptly at 5:30 PM on April 25th. Check-Out Time is at 11:00am.

We recommend flying into Newark airport, which is an hour's drive from Minerals hotel.

Don't worry, we are here to help!! For direct booking help from the hotel, please call 866-921-0422 Ext. 2 and mention the Domingo-Alvarez wedding. We are keeping close tabs on the amount of rooms being booked and can add more rooms to our block at any time - please let Sarah or Fernando know if there are no rooms available and we will be happy to call the hotel to get you a room!! Please note that we cannot make any changes or additions to our room block after March 10, 2025.
