Q + A

Will children be invited?

We love the younger members of our family, but due to venue restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 13 on our wedding day unless they are in the wedding party. Please reach out to one of us if you have any questions or concerns.

What is the dress code?

We are inviting our guests to join us in celebrating our special night by dressing in formal attire. For women, think a tea or full length dress. For men, a suit or slacks and a button down are perfect. We are wanting everyone to have a memorable evening full of elegance and fun. For some inspiration, you can go here: https://pin.it/6snKeMREk

What time should I arrive?

You will be allowed access to the venue starting at 3:30pm. The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm so we suggest arriving by 3:45pm in order to find parking and a seat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the Front Lawn. Cocktail hour will be held indoors. The reception will be in an enclosed tent.

What will parking be like?

There is plenty of free street parking around the venue, as well as a free parking garage one block from the venue. Please do not use the parking lot on site as that is for our vendors.

Am I able to bring a guest?

We want our wedding to be full of those closest to us- our family and friends who have spent years investing in our lives. On that note, we are not able to accommodate guests unless otherwise noted on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding, and please reach out to us with any questions!

What will the weather be like?

That is a great question! Texas is wildly unpredictable. Last year it was 80 degrees and sunny on December 29th, but a few years back it was 40 degrees. Please check the weather as we approach the wedding date so that you can be prepared!

Can we take photos or videos during the ceremony?

We trust our photographer and thus request that you be fully present during the ceremony and leave the photos up to the professional!
