What does the "formal, bold and chic" wedding attire mean?

Vibrant colors, textures, and patterns. Ruffles, feathers, and sparkles are encouraged. You're in New Orleans, dress like it! Gentlemen should sport tuxes or suits. Ladies should wear midi to full length gowns, dresses or pantsuits. The event is held at an outdoor venue, please consider bringing a coat.

Can we bring the whole family?

Although we love your kids, this is a 21+ affair.

Do we need to rent a car?

In our opinion, nope! From the Hilton, most attractions are within walking distance. The expense of renting and parking a car will be much greater than using Taxis/Ubers when a ride is needed.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is street parking, although you may end up a couple of blocks from the venue! The Streetcar passes directly in front of the venue and is a fun alternative. Hop on the Green, ST. Charles Streetcar Line and get off at Eighth Street stop. Taxis and Ubers are also readily available across the city.

When should we RSVP?

Please confirm your attendance by August 20th.

Can I bring a guest?

Your invitation will specify who is invited to the event. We’d love to celebrate with everyone but unfortunately aren’t able to accommodate all attendees with a date.

What should I expect wedding day?

New Orleans receptions are typically not seated dinners, but consist of heavy passed items at the start of the reception, open action stations and buffets, with emphasis on lots of food options, lots of beverages, and a highly dynamic and social atmosphere that allows guests to move freely about the reception space. Seating is left open for guests to choose their own tables. You are not limited to one entree selection nor a specific time you must eat. The bride and groom have their first dance at the beginning of their reception, opening the dance floor immediately for the guests' enjoyment during the entire event.
