Our story began when we were just a pair of college kids navigating our majors amidst the chaos of a pandemic. Zach was almost done with his engineering degree, just one semester left to go, while Sarah still had three semesters before she'd graduate from nursing school. Even though Zach was in Duluth and Sarah was in Cloquet, fate brought them together through an app called Tinder. After chatting for hours through text and phone calls, they finally met face-to-face at Tavern on the Hill in Duluth, MN. Call it cliché, but it was love at first sight. Since then, our love has only grown stronger. After Zach graduated, he moved back to his hometown near Minneapolis, MN, which meant we were now 150 miles apart. Despite the distance, we were determined to make our relationship work. Through the trials of long-distance dating, we persevered, and our bond only grew stronger. Eventually, we took the big step and rented our first home together, a milestone that paved the way for us to purchase our first house as a couple.
