Our story began at the Bethlehem Volunteer Firemans Home Association, aka The Home.

Sarahs version of the story:
A few years ago, Laura, my coworker at the time, invited me to The Home, where she was a member, for post-work drinks. When a beer there is $1.75, how can a girl say no? Laura mentioned that every Thursday night at The Home was bingo night and it could get a little loud/crazy which I didnt really believe. I thought bingo only happened in church basements on weekend afternoons with little old ladies playing. I never pictured it as a social event. But boy, I learned quickly how wrong I was about that.

That night, Laura and I were sitting at the bar when a guy dressed up in a button down shirt walked in and said hello to Laura. She introduced him to me as Bingo Jimmy. When I gave a quizzical look, it was explained to me that he called the bingo games and had been given the nickname Bingo Jimmy. I thought he was cute and funny but didnt think or do anything further about it. After about a year of going into The Home for drinks and a game of bingo here and there and making small talk with Jimmy, I asked Laura what his deal was. A few days later, she arranged for the three of us to hang out at Musikfest, and the rest is history.
